A Drone Assisted roof survey is a full aerial inspection of every roof face, ridge, valley, chimney, flashing and gutter — captured in high resolution by a CAA-verified commercial drone pilot. Where a scaffolding-based inspection typically records a handful of representative angles, a drone captures 100–300+ geotagged stills plus 4K video in a single 30–60 minute visit.

Standard delivery includes:

• High-resolution stills (typically 20–48 megapixel) of every elevation and roof feature
• 4K video walkaround for context and orientation

• Original files retained securely and downloadable through your Drone Assisted portal
